1. Reading/Approval of minutes-

1. Neighborhood Association KUDOS!
   1. Design exceptions (Sandy) AGAIN!!  Check her out here https://www.youtube.com/live/CwCE7BKYR7w?feature=share&t=6741 S. Sanchez gave a report about Design Exception, more to come. New text amendment?
   2. PURE put to bed, but not dead- $5000-2000k per head! How will the elections impact this?  Still waiting for dust to settle from election and run offs.
   3. HB359- punishing neighborhoods for fighting back against development. 
   4. How will elections impact THAN?  What should we be moving forward on?  Will wait to see.
2. Internal issues--- 

2023 DUES due Please join our numbers!  We do have a few scholarships available for new neighborhoods.    Please send your money in for membership.

Looking for a few great volunteers.  – membership coordinator- this is mostly administrative. Anyone?

Next ABC’s of Zoning meeting- TBA Stephanie will advise.

External issues

Stephanie mentioned to be on the lookout for:

1. Planning districts for the city.  (Please follow the Comp Plan 2045 changes for your community.***
2. Public Safety funding***
3. Organizational Leadership- how can we help new neighborhoods?  Structures of Training Stephanie requested feed back on Neighborhood City Liaison. Only three people had had contact.
4. Neighborhood support for land use issues.  Need constructive dialogue.
5. Any other items THAN people would like to discuss 

Richard Formica  has information for anyone that would like to participate and know more about the Hillsborough River and its issues.

Tiger Bay Club has invited neighborhood leaders to attend. Free.
