- Neighborhood Association KUDOS!
- Design exceptions (Sandy) Sandy absent. This will be explained in more detail. Thankyou Stephanie for filling in.
- Expansion of the Hyde Park Historic District requesting support. Extension was approved for first reading.
- Tampa Garden Club/Bayshore gardens discussion on the issues and serious longstanding repercussions. Related group asking for zoning change or RM35 to RM 85
- PURE put to bed, but not dead- $5000-2000k per head! Review of issues legislative priority for clarification. Notice that the City had sent lobbyists for pro Pure. City hesitant on admitting to lobbying. City Council has been asked to investigate about why City money spent on Lobbyist.
- Internal issues---
2023 DUES due soon, email will be out soon. BOLO! Reminder, please send your dues in.
Looking for a few great volunteers. - Technology support (website), Technology (zoom support), Technology (Youtube) Still looking for Volunteers
- External issues
- Planning districts for the city. There are only five we need more
- Public Safety funding issues on timing of first responder’s suggestion they need more with the influx of new residences. Discussion on CRA fundings and which should sunset.
- THAN position on political races, do we want to go there? We asked the attendees for their opinion.

CRA issues including delay in land purchase
Soul Walk
More planning district need more than 5 and more City Council
CRA – unfairness of “flush” CRA’s. Areas outside the CRA have to pay. Not fair.
Safety impact fees. Need to revive them
Transportation key to Housing….issues with HART
Housing Study where is it ??? appropriate housing in appropriate housing.
School realignment issues
