THAN Minutes February 9. 2022.

Meeting called to order

City Councilman Luis Viera was the guest for the evening. Being cognizant of his time, we allowed him to speak first.

Councilman Viera gave a short Bio of his career with the City, his involvement with disability programs, Veteran affairs and many other meaningful projects.

He also discussed water independence for the City and answered numerous questions concerning. During a question and answer period he answered questions relating to the following items: 

• City Community Benefit Ordinances
• The development of questions neighbor can ask developers
• Rome Yard
• The Tamp City Budget
• Noise ordinance

We then continued the meeting. A quorum was present if needed.

15 members were in attendance.

The minutes and treasury report of last months meeting were unanimously accepted.

Stephanie related information under current business:

Announcement that for the year of 2022 we would be allowing free membership to encourage communities to join. Folks that wanted to be auxilliary members would be charged $10.00

FDN’s where homes are being declared unrepairable are coming from he same developer.
