IV. Guest Speaker—Pete Trela- Bayside West Discussion on getting attendance for there meetings.

Ideas he shared

2 yrs old already strong association important to get it going.

Meeting with developers to interact with community

City sent out invitation to help them with attendance.

Door hangers ($200) It was the most successful Some interaction was adversarial.

Neighborhood clean up with coffee donuts

V. External Open issues

a) Good Neighbor Notice update—WORKSHOP date—6/22/23 Stephanie gave information regarding new

signage and 300’ radius on mailings. Larger signs 48x48 and a bright color with QR code.

b) Discussion from Mary Lou Bailey regarding Variance Review Board and architecture review board

decision and the request for reviews of decisions.

c) CARES newsletter—ARE you registered to receive it?

surprise guest from Historic Ybor discussing situation with parking company using obsolete documentation to push another Parking lot in Ybor. Important as it sets a precedence. Asking for support for tomorrow’s Tampa City Council meeting.

Discussion on some inequities is Sire for zoning hearings. Al information should be correct and in the file.
