ZOOM Meeting: Time:  6:30pm    Meeting began at 6:38

1. Reading/Approval of minutes-

1. Neighborhood Association KUDOS!
   1. Ybor parking issues brought to light.   Controversy continues with property ownership vs neighborhood.
   2. Plan Amendments traveling with Rezonings Attempts are being made to have the City separate Comp Plan issues from zoning issues.
   3. Zoning ABCs- if you missed it last month encouragement for all to attend, very informative.
   4. Tampa Garden Club/Bayshore gardens THAN is supporting the Garden Club’s concerns. Developer continues to change issues.
   5. PURE put to bed, but not dead- $5000-2000k per head! The Mayor says PURE is over but the Mayor continues to promote it.
2. Internal issues--- 

2023 DUES due now please.   Mail Checks to 4207 W Oklahoma ave Tampa FL 33616 or pay via paypal to PayPal.Me/THANtampa Please send In your dues!! Possibility for scholarship memberships.

We would still LOVE to have a membership chair to assist with keeping up with our neighborhoods.   Would love someone to step up to the plate and help out.

   3. South Tampa Candidate forum  February 22 Tampa Gardens Club, 2629 Bayshore Blvd  Meet and Greet 6:00 PM can Park on Barcelona or Isabella.
