III. Planning Commission and Planning department- discussing the

upcoming Comprehensive Plan.

IV. Issues---

a. Tampa City Council Agenda- posted weekly both on THAN FB page

and follow https://tampamonitor.com/ for more information on TCC

agendas.

Check out the Tampa Monitor. Michael Bishop does a great job

reviewing the agenda.

b. Old Seminole Heights- 406-412 Paris- the impact on Design

Exceptions and notice for neighborhoods. Check out the hearing

starting at 5 minutes into the video. 406 to 412 Paris St

c. Fans of THAN was a HUGE success, we’ll be booking for next

January soon! We had more than 60 folks attend the event!

D Thank you, Pam Carpenter, Kella McCaskill, Bobby Creighton and

Mimi Martinez for volunteering to help with FANS of THAN event. We

couldn’t have done it without you!

V. External Open issues

a) Volunteers needed for City boards- committees- etc.

S Poyner strongly encouraged review of Boards to consider

volunteering

b) Anything that the attendee would like to discuss

VI. THAN no longer charges fees associated with joining. We only ask

that neighborhoods donate to us IF they can afford it. This allows all

neighborhoods to be members.
